She informs Mrs. Markham that she hasn't heard anything from The Chart. Also that Wells Fargo is now back in business and they are the most reliable company. She also mentions that Mr. Burroughs is slowly going and they are worried about him. He is in a very delicate state. Dr. Clara Barrus says that he has frequent spells of being very ill.
